I think it needed a shot of cooking sherry, but you may disagree. Works fine with Campbell’s Veg broth since I couldn’t find mushroom broth. This sauce would taste good on anything really. I used store bought gnocchi, but I will try it on braised chicken with a side of rice next time.
I love it when I Google the ingredients that I have on hand and come up with a yummy recipe from a real person and not a TV website or magazine.
