The turkey breast I roasted was delicious. I froze the other three quarters for later. I am feeling a little guilty about the lack of pictures here. I was expecting my dinner to take about two hours to cook and had planned for that.
It was closer to three.
So, by the time supper hit the table we were all starving and just dove right in. Which means no pictures.
Sorry. I completely forgot about it.
The smell of turkey was amazing and I was just driven mad with it by the time the meat thermometer hit 187F
