Gazpacho

Gazpacho
  • 6 cups Canned Tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 stalk celery
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and cubed
  • 1 onion, medium
  • 1 green bell pepper: cored
  • 1 garlic, clove
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon hot pepper sauce(franks)
  • ¼ cup worchestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon salt
Working in two batches, puree in blender. Chill in fridge. Serve cold

T liked this recipe.  I thought it was OK.  I gave it 3/5 stars.  The nutritional info on it is great…. but it needs a little something I can’t quite put my finger on.
